Cameron Anderson
Intern
What’s up,
My name is Cameron Anderson, and I just finished my undergrad at the University of Kansas. I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, while simultaneously taking multiple sports classes. I played basketball in high school and intramurals throughout college, and just about every sport under the sun growing up, so sports have had a large impact on where I am in life today. In the fall I will be attending the University of Denver to obtain my Master's Degree in Sports and Performance Psychology. Sport psych intrigues to me because I have always had an interest in sports and helping people, so this gives me the ability to combine both of these passions. I hope that when my journey is over that I am working closely with a Power 5 university or NBA team as a sport psychologist. Sports have had a positive impact on my life, and I feel that positive sport experience is very important in molding an athlete. I hope I am able to help people see more of what the benefits to learning mental skills and sports experience can have on your life.
