The goal of the consultation is to discuss what brings you to be interested in mental skills training, talk about a gameplan for the future including our affordable pricing packages, and begin our collaboration in reaching your goals. Parents are more than welcome to be in attendance.

The select a date and time that works best for you.

Is this considered counseling?

No. This is not counseling nor is it a counseling substitute. This is coaching. Nothing in these sessions that will create a counselor-client relationship. If the client is experiencing any sort of serious mental health issues, the client will be referred to a licensed professional at the Mental Performance Consultant’s (Matt Crawford) discretion.

How much is it?

The prices vary depending on the current competition level of the athlete. There are various packages and payment plans available. Plus a sliding scale is available; just ask and we can work something out. See the "Plans and Pricing" page for more information.

Will all the sessions be on Zoom?

Yes. But I hope to move into an office sometime next year for in-person sessions.
