Is this considered counseling?
No. This is not counseling nor is it a counseling substitute. This is coaching. Nothing in these sessions that will create a counselor-client relationship. If the client is experiencing any sort of serious mental health issues, the client will be referred to a licensed professional at the Mental Performance Consultant’s (Matt Crawford) discretion.
How much is it?
The prices vary depending on the current competition level of the athlete. There are various packages and payment plans available. Plus a sliding scale is available; just ask and we can work something out. See the "Plans and Pricing" page for more information.
Will all the sessions be on Zoom?
Yes. But I hope to move into an office sometime next year for in-person sessions.
